On this photograph, all those of the village which took part in these festivities out of the commun run. Not less than 150 people took part in it.

The post-office employee, the mayor, all answered present. The costumes either were rented or made to measure for these evenings of exception.

The memory of this bicentenary of the year peiresc, humanistic and collector, famous man at his time, will remain anchored in our reports. Fortunately that there remain the photographs about it.
